ABOUT PROJECT
Basically our Company is running Hospitality business for almost 11 years and we are giving training and education to public to build up the awareness of turning their property from liability to asset from rental yield income that able to gain positive gearing to cover their loan repayment with extra positive profit.
Our purpose to run this project in Mystartr is to build up public awareness

RISKS AND CHALLENGES
The current Risk is covid pandemic and government restriction on SOP and MCO.
The short challenge now is to make sure our local market able to support our business while waiting the international border to be open back.
We believe in the coming 6 months , our industry will be back to normal. Many good news had been announce especially vaccine already come out to rescue the market

About Me
Jeff Wong graduated in Engineering Background and MBA . He is born and raised in George Town, Penang and currently highly involved in internet Sales and marketing . Meantime, Jeff is an entrepreneur in hospitality business that also conduct classes to unleash the potential of the student's business management and strategy. Upon graduating from the university, he started off his career as sales engineer in selling machinery in a MNC company. Later on, he found his passion in investing property. With the first property purchased in Butterworth, he made some money through BNB business. From here, he collected enough fund to kick off his business in real estate. Business grow progressively from 1 unit to 50 units in a year time. Some hurdles came along, government bodies had put up restricted rules to stop BNB business in residential properties. This is his first fall in his business undertaking. Eventually, the situation forces the business to run in commercial status properties. Throughout this time, he also found a calculation to multiply the business in few states across the country. Business partnership with OTA (Online Travelling Agency) has been formed to expanded the business deeper. The proven success formula has given him the aspiration to spread this knowledge to the people who are still searching for business opportunity and those who are hungry for more income to sustain their lives. From here, he starts conducting classes to teach students on this . Meantime, he had grow his business around whole Malaysia within 3 years and now he is Managing Director of Merveille Group with over 1500 rooms in Malaysia . He never selfish of sharing his secret skill to others and now he even become consultant of 25 hotels and help boosting their hotel sales up to 500%
